Burleson master-planned community to include $150M trade school 

BURLESON – R.A. Development Ltd. is developing a master-planned community that could include Craftmasters, a $150 million trade school campus off FM 1902. 

The development will have about 2,500 homes, 100 acres of parks and 10 miles of trails. 

Craftmasters, an offshoot of Full Sale University, will focus on construction trades. 

In partnership with the Burleson Economic Development Corporation, R.A. Development has built two miles of road and 1.5 miles of water and 2.5 miles of sewer systems so far. Dirt work is expected to begin by the end of this year. 

Groundbreaking is slated for spring or summer 2025, and the first homes are expected to be delivered in spring 2026.
