Camden moving HQ to Williams Tower 

HOUSTON – Camden Property Trust has announced plans to leave 11 Greenway Plaza in third quarter 2025 to move into Williams Tower at 2800 Post Oak Blvd. 

Camden has signed a lease for 104,013 sf on floors 25 through 29 in Williams Tower. 

Williams Tower has recently undergone renovations focusing on the building’s lobby.  

Camden signed a 86,733-sf lease at 11 Greenway Plaza in 2013, which runs through 2025, and they had been headquartered in the complex for years prior to that. 

Avison Young represented the tenant. The landlord, Invesco Real Estate, was represented by CBRE.
