Georgetown wraps San Gabriel Park phase three renovations 

GEORGETOWN – The city has completed the third phase of its San Gabriel Park renovations. 

The $7.5 million project, which stems from a 2015 master plan, broke ground in June 2023. 

Phase three included a large multi-use pavilion, splash pad plaza, restroom building, skate park, an event lawn, and roadway and parking improvements. 

Phase four, which is in the planning stage, will involve adding soccer and baseball fields along with playgrounds, pavilions, restrooms, and parking.
