Construction underway on 430K-sf Irving business park

IRVING – Houston-based Archway Properties is developing The Royal 114 industrial project between SH 114 and West Royal Ln., north of DFW International Airport.

The four-building, 429,000-sf industrial project will open in first quarter 2023.

The largest of the buildings will be 155,000 sf.

Pross Design Group is the architect and Peinado Construction will be the general contractor.

Transwestern is leasing the project.
