LA PORTE – DCT Industrial Trust Inc. has acquired a rail-served, 312,964-sf facility, located near the Port of Houston, from Meritex Enterprises.
The two buildings at 9701 and 9708 SH 225 are 114,380 sf and 198,584 sf respectively, and were built in the early 1980s. They are valued at $2.48 million and $4.24 million, respectively, according to the Harris County Appraisal District.
The industrial properties were built by Trammell and Harlan Crow for Trammell Crow Distribution Corp.
