Doerr Lane Logistics Center sold in Schertz 

SCHERTZ – Ackerman & Co. and Baltisse US Inc. have sold Doerr Lane Logistics Center, a 307,000-sf industrial project. 

Completed in August 2023, the Class A, tilt-wall distribution center has 32-ft clear heights, 78 overhead dock doors, an ESFR sprinkler system, and parking for 318 automobiles and 96 trailers. 

The property was fully leased at the time of sale. MEI Rigging & Crafting occupied 191,297 sf, and Quality Custom Distribution occupied 115,703 sf.
