Ecobat moving to Uptown Dallas

​​​​DALLAS – Battery recycling company Ecobat has leased 28,000 sf of office space in PwC Tower in the Park District complex.

PwC Tower at 2121 Pearl St. is a 20-story, 500,000-sf office tower developed b​y Trammell Crow Co. ​

​The move consolidates the company’s North Texas operations, which are currently in Waterway Tower in Irving and Trinity Towers in Northwest Dallas.

About 150 Ecobat workers will move into the new building.

​Ecobat subleased its offices from PriceWaterhouse Coopers, the lead tenant in the high-rise. Cushman & Wakefield and CBRE Group negotiated the lease.
