Eight-story office building slated for Fort Worth Cultural District 

FORT WORTH – Crescent Real Estate is developing an eight-story, 171,500-sf Fort Worth Cultural District office building. 

The firm opened the 168,000-sf Crescent Offices East in 2023, and it is now 90 percent leased. 

The new building, Crescent Offices West, will also be in the Crescent Fort Worth mixed-use district. 

The development will have a five-story parking garage, with three levels underground and two above. 

Construction begins in November and is estimated to cost $70.4 million. It should finish in January 2027.
