Energy Corridor office building trades hands 

HOUSTON – Timberway One, a 93,578-sf office building at 15990 N. Barkers Landing Rd., has been sold. 

L&M Associates acquired the property as a part of a 2.2 million-sf portfolio from Parkway Properties.  

The three-story office building is currently 92 percent leased, with tenants including Thyssenkrupp, 2H Offshore, and Medical Care Center.
