CONROE – Fiesta Mart Inc. has acquired more than 100,000 sf of property on E. Davis St. with plans to construct a 22,000-sf supermarket. Plans call for building bound by N. First and N. Second Streets, and between East Phillips and East Davis.
The block was previously occupied by Moore Furniture (East Phillips) and Smith’s Tire Shop (East Davis).
