IRVING – Rosewood Property Co. has bought a three-story building at 200 W. John Carpenter Fwy. along with an adjoining vacant property.
The first office built in the Las Colinas development, the building was originally the regional office for Allstate Insurance.
The building has already been demolished to make way for a mixed-use development.
Jones Lang LaSalle marketed the 18-acre property.
