​AUSTIN - The former home of the Texas State Teachers Association is set for an $11 million redevelopment project.

The name of the 100,000-sf office building is changing to Westview.​

The office building, one block west of the state Capitol, is located at 316 W. 12th St.

The building will be expanded by 26,000 rentable sf, and a floor will be added to half the building. 

Work is expected to be completed by late 2017​​
