AUSTIN - The former home of the Texas State Teachers Association is set for an $11 million redevelopment project.
The name of the 100,000-sf office building is changing to Westview.
The office building, one block west of the state Capitol, is located at 316 W. 12th St.
The building will be expanded by 26,000 rentable sf, and a floor will be added to half the building.
Work is expected to be completed by late 2017
