FORT WORTH – Hillwood has an additional 600 acres in the 26,000-acre AllianceTexas master-planned development.
The land is in the Alliance Westport sector, which is anchored by BNSF Railway’s intermodal facility and directly connected to Fort Worth Alliance Airport.
The sector has over eight million sf of industrial and aviation space, including logistics hubs for Amazon Air and UPS.
With the acquisition, Hillwood can connect parts of the development to one another.
AllianceTexas now stretches into Denton, Haslet, and Westlake.
