HOUSTON – Reliance International, a 75,000-sf office/warehouse facility located at 7220 Nelms St., has been sold. The single-tenant building is situated on about three acres.
The 41-year-old facility was vacant at the time of sale. New Yingli Investment LLC purchased the facility from Nelms Street Properties LP.
