HOUSTON – GreenStreet, a downtown mixed-use development, will soon undergo an extensive overhaul and renovation to add new amenities and increase sustainability.

GreenStreeet, which is owned by Houston-based Lionstone, is a 611,000-sf district that includes a 260,000-sf, Class A office tower and 326,000 sf of retail space.

Plans call for an alley of local food and beverage vendors, installation of more than four city blocks of rooftop solar panels, and upgrades to the development’s office spaces. The office improvements will include new landscaping, gardens, and multilevel amenities.

Phase one of construction is scheduled to begin during first quarter 2025 and be completed by third quarter 2025.
