HOUSTON – Market Square Cos. and Tenon Property Co. are developing Ashford Yard, a 12.7-acre mixed-use district at the corner of South Dairy Ashford Rd. and Briar Forest Dr.
The project will have 90,000 sf of retail, restaurants, entertainment, and office space.
Additionally, a portion will be sold to a multifamily developer to build 350 apartments.
The site has a 155,324-sf office building and a 12,000-sf building, both of which have been vacant and will be torn down.
Construction on the $25 million retail portion is expected to begin by the fourth quarter.
