JV developing mixed-use near Houston Spaceport 

HOUSTON – Tannos Development and Motu are developing a mixed-use office park at Space Center Blvd. and Sunrise Lake Dr. 

Motu, which owns the land, will first build a gas station with adjacent carwash on the property’s southwest corner. Behind it, Tannos Development plans to build 87 office units, each 1,250 sf, in pre-engineered metal buildings, as well as a detention pond. 

In front of the office warehouse buildings, three pads are for sale for retail development. 

Site work is expected to begin in the next six weeks.
