JV to remodel historic Stockyards Hotel in Fort Worth 

FORT WORTH – Majestic Realty and Hickman Cos. plan to spend $20 million to remodel The Stockyards Hotel building at 109 E. Exchange Ave. 

The historic hotel, built in 1907, was bought by the two companies in 2022. It includes the H3 Ranch restaurant and Booger Red’s Saloon. 

Developers will demolish the interior, remodel the hotel’s rooms, and freshen up several exterior features. 

Work on the 26,500-sf hotel is expected to begin early next year and last until mid-2026.
