Lights are on in Dallas’ Luminary Building

​​​​DALLAS – The seven-floor, 105,000-sf Luminary Building on Houston St. in downtown’s West End district will soon open its doors.

Crescent Real Estate and Long Wharf Capital LLC started on the project in late 2017.

Corgan, which designed the building, will take about 20,000 sf in the project, which is adjacent to its longtime offices in Dallas.​
