Orion HQ coming to East River

HOUSTON – Orion Group Holdings will consolidate its local offices at a new headquarters building in Midway’s East River development later this year.

The locally based specialty construction company will occupy just over 63,500 sf across three floors in Buildings 1 and 2.

The first phase of East River, including 250,000 sf of office space near Jensen and Clinton, opened last year. With the latest deal, the office portion is 95 percent leased.

CBRE represented Orion Group in the lease, while Parkway represented East River.
