AUSTIN – CSW Development and Blueprint Local are partnering on a 338-unit multifamily project called Lirica East Austin.
Lirica East Austin will have studio and one-, two-, and three-bedroom units averaging 799 sf. Amenities will include a pool, clubroom, fitness center, a leasing office, coworking space, and sky lounge.
JLL arranged the loan on behalf of the borrowers.
Completion is slated for early 2026.
