Saison North affordable housing project in the works
AUSTIN – O-SDA Industries is developing Saison North, a 116-unit affordable housing project at 10010 N. Capital of Texas Hwy.
The complex will have one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans. Seventy-six units will be reserved for residents earning up to 30, 50, and 60 percent of the area median income.
Amenities will include a fitness center, business center, leasing office, and clubhouse.
Hunt Capital Partners provided $14.1 million in construction financing. Completion is slated for May 2024.
