SB Pacific acquires newly completed Encino Trace apartments

COLLEGE STATION – SB Pacific Group has picked up Encino Trace Luxury Apartment Homes, a 302,292-sf, Class A multifamily complex at 2338 Harvey Mitchell Pkwy. S.

Completed in January of this year, the property has 14 buildings with 304 one- and two-bedroom units.

Amenities include a resort-style pool, outdoor kitchen, poolside lounge, fire pit, fitness center, resident clubhouse, and two-acre dog park.

Koontz Corporation was the seller. Institutional Property Advisors, a division of Marcus and Millichap, brokered the deal.
