COPPELL – Subaru Corporation of Japan plans to relocate its central region office to Coppell from Itasca, Ill., and add a customer support center.

The new central office will be alongside the company’s existing distribution and training facility as part of a 200,000-sf expansion.

With an estimated 100 employees, Subaru expects the Dallas Business Center to be one of its largest after its headquarters in Camden, N.J.

Subaru’s expansion is expected to finish at the end of this year. When finished, the LEED-certified building will total 506,000 sf.

Prologis is helping with the expansion.
