Suite new Sugar Land hotel
SUGAR LAND – Houston-based The Avalon Group is developing a 122-room Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton at the intersection of SH 6 and US 90.
The hotel will offer 3,500 sf of office space, a 3,000-sf ballroom, banquet space, and an 800-sf full bar.
The project is expected to deliver October 2019.
The development’s office space will be available for lease to non-guests, and a business center will be built for the hotel’s guests.
