TALB to hold eight-hour Farm & Ranch Course Nov. 20 

FREDERICKSBURG – The Texas Alliance of Land Brokers is offering an eight-hour Farm & Ranch class with real estate continuing education (CE) and appraiser continuing education (ACE) credit available. 

The class will be held Nov. 20 at Texas Wine Collective, 10354 U.S. 290. It will cover: 

• The most current issues in farm and ranch brokerage practices. 

• The Texas Real Estate Commission’s promulgated Farm and Ranch contract. 

• The challenges of a changing farm and ranch market and of federal, state, and local revisions in water rights and permitting across the state. 

• A region-by-region analysis of ad valorem taxation and the license holder’s role dealing with central appraisal districts 

The course costs $395 for TALB, TLBN, and ASFMRA members and $495 for non-TALB, non-TLBN, and non-ASFMRA members.
