Texas Tower inks leases totaling 183K sf, hits 94 percent occupancy 

HOUSTON – Texas Tower, a 47-story, one million-sf office tower developed by Hines and Ivanhoe Cambridge, is now 94 percent leased with the addition of six new tenants leasing a total of 183,000 sf. 

Sable Offshore Corp. leased 46,000 sf on levels 28 and 29 beginning in third quarter 2025. CBRE represented the tenant. 

Sheppard Mullin leased 30,000 sf on level 25, with occupancy beginning in 4Q2025. The tenant was also represented by CBRE. 

Moelis & Co. leased 30,000 sf on level 22. The lease is set to commence in 4Q2025. Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant 

Squarepoint Capital also leased 8,200 sf. 

Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord in all lease negotiations. 

Two other tenants were not disclosed.
