Toyota planning $531M expansion at San Antonio manufacturing center 

SAN ANTONIO – Toyota is planning a more than $531 million expansion at its Toyota Motor Manufacturing Texas Inc. production campus. 

The automaker plans to add approximately 500,000 sf to the two million-sf factory at 1 Lone Star Pass. 

The space will be dedicated to drivetrain parts production. 

Toyota will benefit from approximately $30 million in city and county incentives, a significant portion of which is for infrastructure improvements near the plant.
