RED OAK – Two new data centers are being planned near I-35E with a combined cost of $200 million.

DFW III-II Building 3 and DFW III-II Building 4, totaling 500,000 sf, will be completed in 2025.

Developer Compass Datacenters worked with broker Davidson Bogel Real Estate on the land sale. The company has 375 total acres in the city.
