University Commons adding 108K-SF Phase II

​​​​​​SUGAR LAND – Vista Equities Group has broken ground on a 108,000-sf expansion of University Commons, a new retail and lifestyle center. 

The expansion is going up on 12.8 acres across University Blvd. from the 155,000-sf first phase. ​

Sprouts Farmers Market will anchor the new phase in Sugar Land’s Telfair community. 

The 30,000-sf Sprouts Farmers Market will have an outdoor patio to showcase produce. 

Phase II completion is expected December 2018. 

University Commons is located at US 59 and University Blvd.
