University Health buys northwest SA office asset

SAN ANTONIO – Sentinel Net Lease LLC has sold the 142,500-sf office building at 6200 Northwest Pkwy. to University Health. Transwestern Real Estate Services represented both parties in the transaction.

According to a Transwestern press release, the city’s northwest submarket continues to attract significant interest due to its proximity to major medical centers and robust tenant demand.

“It is the only San Antonio submarket that posted vacancy below 10 percent in the second quarter of 2024, according to Transwestern research,” the company said.
