Smith & Associates leases 57,000-SF in northwest Houston

HOUSTON – Smith & Associates LP has leased 57,000 sf at 8820 Clay Rd. The company plans to consolidate its Houston operations team at this location.

The operations team will move out of 15,000 sf at Smith’s 60,000-sf headquarters facility at 5306 Hollister St., about a mile away, and a 40,000-sf facility off Beltway 8. The new location also includes about 8,000 sf of office space.
