SOUTHLAKE – Driftwood Capital has acquired Hilton Southlake from the Hobbs & Curry family limited partnership.
Built in 2007, the five-story, 248-room hotel has 18,000 sf of meeting space. It is within the Southlake Town Square development.
The new owners plan $5 million in property upgrades.
