1M sf of industrial space slated for former Manor Downs Racetrack 

MANOR – Dalfen Industrial is developing over one million sf of industrial space at the former Manor Downs Racetrack site. 

The plan includes six buildings ranging from 84,000 to 500,000 sf and a community area with an amphitheater that the city would develop. 

The terms would include a tax abatement from the city, expediting the permit review process, and other development-related agreements. 

The area would connect to a proposed extension of East Howard Lane.
