740K-sf design center sold in Dallas

DALLAS – M2G Ventures has acquired the 14-building Inwood Design Center at 110 Inwood Rd.

The 740,000-sf project sits on a 38-acre site and was 93 percent leased at the time of sale.

Project improvements include a complete repositioning, with an emphasis on branding, art, and signage. 

Additional improvements in the works include upgraded building exteriors and storefronts, enhanced parking, landscaping upgrades, and enhanced lighting.
