Developers break ground on 660K-sf industrial project in Pearland 

PEARLAND – Levey Group has broken ground on the 660,000-sf Levey Logistics Park, which will be on 38 acres near the intersection of South Sam Houston Parkway and Almeda School Rd. 

The development’s two buildings will support rear-load tenants with requirements of 16,500 sf or more, as well as single-tenant cross-dock users with requirements up to 500,000 sf. 

Harvey Builders is the general contractor for the project, which is slated for completion in second quarter 2025.
