ELGIN – Dallas-based Strive has arranged the sale of House Park Shopping Center.
The 20,200-sf property on US 290 is 90 percent occupied by an antique mall, steak house, pharmacy, donut shop, dry cleaner, and pet store.
Both the buyer and the seller were locally based investors.
