HOUSTON – EXP has signed a 27,905-sf lease in the Class A Westway Plaza at 11330 Clay Rd.
The company is relocating from its facility at 1800 W. Loop S.
JLL represented the tenant in lease negotiations. The Aztec Fund Inc. purchased the 313,420-sf Westway Plaza in 2018.
