DALLAS – New York-based Goldman Sachs has broken ground on a $500 million office campus near Victory Park.

The 800,000-sf, 14-story building on North Field St. is part of the 11-acre NorthEnd mixed-use development. It will have a café, fitness center, childcare facilities, conferencing spaces, and outdoor gardens and terraces.

When it opens in 2027, 4,000 workers will be moved there from their respective downtown, Irving, and Richardson locations.

The building was designed by Henning Larsen Architects. Financing was from JPMorgan Chase. Balfour Beatty Construction is the general contractor. Goldman Sachs is an equity partner.
