Ground breaks on The Tradition-Buffalo Speedway

​​​​HOUSTON – Tradition Senior Living of Dallas has broken ground on The Tradition-Buffalo Speedway, a high-end rental community for seniors.

The project, on 12 acres on Buffalo Speedway near Murworth, will have 316 units with initial opening planned in late 2018.

The 12-acre site will hold 222 independent living units, 63 assisted-living and 31 memory care units, according to Jonathan Perlman Jr., a development associate with Tradition Senior Living.​
