HOUSTON – Wallenius Wilhelmsen has signed a lease for a 273,480-sf industrial property in Beltway 35 Business Park.
The space in Building 2, a cross-dock facility, has 48 dock doors and parking for 245 cars and 72 trailers.
CBRE represented the tenant in lease negotiations, while JLL represented the landlord, Greystar Real Estate Partners.
