AUSTIN – Trammell Crow Co. and Clarion Partners have broken ground on the second phase of Park 183, an industrial development at 8219 Burleson Rd.
This phase includes an 85,000-sf building that is fully preleased to FedEx Corp. It will be completed in fourth quarter 2019.
The developers have completed design and submitted permits for Phase III, which will consist of two Class A industrial buildings totaling 300,000 sf. Construction will begin in second quarter 2019, with delivery scheduled for 2020.
Park 183 will ultimately span more than 900,000 sf of Class A space across seven buildings.
