$276.9M data center planned for San Antonio 

SAN ANTONIO – Vantage Data Center is developing a 432,800-sf data center for $276.9 million. 

Vantage acquired the land at 17420 Omicron Dr. in July 2023 from the University of Texas System Board of Regents. 

The two-story data center will have a 96-megawatt capacity. 

Construction is expected to start this month and be completed by August 2027.
