SAN ANTONIO – Phoenix-based Jevan Capital PLLC has purchased the 224-unit Keystone at Alamo Heights at 384 Treeline Park.
The new owner plans to address maintenance issues, upgrade unit interiors, and improve the property’s common areas.
NorthMarq Capital arranged financing. Berkadia brokered the sale.
The purchase is Jevan’s fifth in the area.
