Mixed-use project heading to Kyle

KYLE – CTC Residential will begin construction next year on an unnamed mixed-use project with multifamily housing and retail.

The project will bring 384 apartments with 27,500 sf of restaurant and retail space.

The goal is to deliver the restaurant and retail portion of the project in the third or fourth quarter of 2025, but the timeline for the apartments is unknown.

A 38,000-sf activated green space at 5839 Kyle Pkwy. will accompany the retail and restaurant space. It will have a playground, sports courts, and public art along with a boardwalk with an observation deck and shaded seating.
